Orders will be shipped as soon as they are processed. We will email you tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that deliveries are limited to South Africa only.
Delievry Times:
- Orders being delivered in the Gauteng area will be delivered within 1-2 business days
- Orders being delivered to outer-lying areas or national areas will be delivered within 5-7 business days
Delivery Information:
- STUDEX makes use of reputable couriers to handle any deliveries within South Africa
- Any orders in South Africa above R750 will be shipped free of charge
- Standard shipping rate is R95
- Shipping rates are non-refundable
Exchange & Refunds:
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept change of mind returns of earrings, body jewellery
or Aftercare products.
Return of faulty items:
- All STUDEX products come with a lifetime warranty
- If your item is broken or damaged please email us enquiries.co.za and our customer service team will assist you. Please include your order number, a clear photo of the damaged/broken item, as well as the product name or SKU code and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.
